Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, receive the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not obligatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will issue the reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Return of Goods & Return Costs

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, in cases of withdrawal due to buyer’s remorse (voluntary withdrawal), the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

To simplify the process for the customer, VornUp applies a return-handling fee corresponding to 25% of the product value, which represents the logistical cost of the return shipping. This 25% fee will be deducted directly from the refund amount, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, VornUp will cover all return-shipping costs and no deduction will be applied.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
